A man is facing animal cruelty charges after a disturbing discovery was made at a New Jersey kennel, where a dog was found clinging to life inside a garbage bag tossed in a dumpster, according to court records.

Babylon Village is looking to ban people feeding feral cats because of the impact the animals they say have on local wildlife — but animal advocates blasted the plan as “inhumane” and say it will lead to cats dying.
